In this section you can see the list of schedule-related actions performed during shifts or appointments in the past days (editing, deleting, adding). This report can be useful for the clinic manager to monitor unauthorized changes in doctors' statistics, in case an employee decides to assign themselves or someone else extra jobs performed or hours worked.

In the table you can see:

4. The doctor involved
5. The office where the shift or appointment is registered
6. The editor who made the changes
