The tab is created mainly for doctors specializing in X-ray studies and CT scans.  It is essentially a copy of the History of Appointments, where the specialist also prescribes procedures (usually X-ray studies) and attaches a file with the results of the examinations at the end of the appointment. 
They differ in that the employee has the opportunity to indicate a partner in this study, if the clinic uses this strategy of attracting clients.
A partner is a third-party person, usually an employee of another clinic, who referred the client to you for examination. By specifying a partner, you give them access to view the file with the results of the study. You can only use the list of existing partners to add a partner to the study.
